Thank you to all of you who submitted comments and suggestions regarding the current Draft Administrative Rules revision package. The public comment period closed November 30, 2012.  The next step in the process is for the Board to consider those comments at their December 19, 2012 Board meeting. The Board may review, discuss, and take action regarding the Rules package to move forward to the Governor's Regulatory Review Council, which is the next step in the public process.
